Your work will have a genuine impact on people's lives around the world
We're looking for a talented and driven full stack engineer to take on the role of Head of Engineering to help build our B2B and B2C Wills Platforms.
Among other things, your work will transform how charities attract and generate bequest income. Your work will contribute to raising billions of dollars for countless causes over the coming decade. That's a lot of social good to be bringing to the world.
Now, over to you...
Ideally, you have experience in a startup environment, and love getting hands-on and owning the engineering function.
At a minimum, you have 6+ years' experience with our stack:
- Node.js / Express
- TypeScript
- React
- MongoDB
- Expertise in deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications on AWS
Bonus:
- Knowledge of Terraform and Neo4j
As a core member of the team, you will:
- Design, develop and maintain robust applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical direction and drive execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality code
